How People Actually Use These

Most folks start with the basic tracking spreadsheet. They use it for maybe three weeks, realize what categories matter for their situation, then customize it. That's fine—that's how it should work.

The guides aren't meant to be read cover-to-cover. People usually jump to the section that matches their current problem. Someone dealing with variable income goes straight to that chapter. Office workers might never need it.

The review checklist gets the most consistent use. People print it or keep it on their phone. Sunday evening or Monday morning, they spend a few minutes with coffee looking at what happened last week.
